Payments

At The ChipCave, your trust is the most important thing! When it comes to your personal information, we always have our game face on. As we continue to innovate our checkout process to be easier and faster, we make sure that every measure we take is thoroughly tested for security threats. Every payment we accept is secured with at least 256-bit encryption and most times even more.

Discounts

From time to time, The ChipCave offers discounts and promotions to celebrate both its members and events that our company chooses to participate in. It is at The ChipCave’s discretion to honor these promotion and discounts. We have the right to remove or revoke a customer’s promotion or discount for any reason that we see fit with prior written notice.

Shipping & Delivery

The ChipCave is proud to offer one of the best shipping processes in the gaming industry. We offer next day shipping on all orders that are placed by 5:00PM EST. This is subject though to the following conditions:

  • Next Day Shipping only applies to orders that are placed with our web platform. Any orders that are placed by phone require additional handling time.
  • Next Day Shipping does not apply to any custom merchandise. Custom merchandise requires additional handling time to package.
  • Next Day Shipping does not apply to any order that requires freight shipping (i.e. large orders, poker tables, etc…). These orders require additional time to ensure that they are delivered safely to your doorstep.
  • Next Day Shipping only applies to items that are in-stock. Our stock is updated at the beginning of every day, but there are occasionally times were an order is placed for an out-of-stock item. At those times, one our cave support specialists will contact you by email to give you additional options for your order and when you might be able to find that item in-stock again.

At TheChip Cave, we protect all of our customers by giving free insurance to all orders that are less than $100 USD excluding the cost of shipping. We also offer additional insurance for orders that exceed the $100 USD threshold. We ask that you take insurance into account when purchasing and shipping merchandise.

Returns and Replacements

The Cave Team works very hard to earn your trust and provide you an exceptional experience every time. Unfortunately occasionally defective products make it to our clients. In this event, ChipCave will replace and defective merchandise free of cost to our clients. ChipCave’s return guarantee is subject to the following:

  • Returns are accepted for unopened merchandise only. The merchandise must be resaleable and in the same condition in which the customer received it.
  • Returns must be authorized within 45 days of the original purchase date.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ship the returned the merchandise back to us. Please ensure that any merchandise that is shipped to the The ChipCave is properly packaged and insured.
  • We do not accept returns on customized products because they are not re-sellable.
  • In the case of defective merchandise, we replace the defective products(s) with non-defective new models at no cost to you. You must include the name of the person who packaged your order, who is listed on your invoice, as well as a picture of the defective merchandise to obtain a return authorization.

To return your merchandise, please contact us via our form on the contact us page. Upon receipt of your return authorization, please package the product properly and ship it back to our warehouse. When we receive it, we will inspect it and refund you payment or ship your non-defective model.
