Payments
At The ChipCave, your trust is the most important thing! When it comes to your personal information, we always have our game face on. As we continue to innovate our checkout process to be easier and faster, we make sure that every measure we take is thoroughly tested for security threats. Every payment we accept is secured with at least 256-bit encryption and most times even more.
Discounts
From time to time, The ChipCave offers discounts and promotions to celebrate both its members and events that our company chooses to participate in. It is at The ChipCave’s discretion to honor these promotion and discounts. We have the right to remove or revoke a customer’s promotion or discount for any reason that we see fit with prior written notice.
Shipping & Delivery
At ChipCave, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping and processing times vary depending on the type of order:
In-Stock Items In-stock orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. A member of our team will notify you if there is any delay with your order.
Out-of-Stock Items Our inventory is updated regularly, but occasionally an item may be out of stock at the time of purchase. If this happens, one of our Cave Support Specialists will contact you by email with available options and an estimated restock timeline.
Custom Merchandise Custom orders require additional handling and packaging time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
Freight Orders Large items such as poker tables and other oversized products require freight shipping and additional handling time to ensure safe delivery.
Order Insurance All orders under $100 USD (excluding shipping) are covered by complimentary shipping insurance. For orders exceeding $100 USD, additional insurance options are available at checkout.

Returns and Replacements
The Cave Team works very hard to earn your trust and provide you an exceptional experience every time. Unfortunately occasionally defective products make it to our clients. In this event, ChipCave will replace and defective merchandise free of cost to our clients. ChipCave’s return guarantee is subject to the following:
- Returns are accepted for unopened merchandise only. The merchandise must be resaleable and in the same condition in which the customer received it.
- Returns must be authorized within 45 days of the original purchase date.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ship the returned the merchandise back to us. Please ensure that any merchandise that is shipped to the The ChipCave is properly packaged and insured.
- We do not accept returns on customized products because they are not re-sellable.
- In the case of defective merchandise, we replace the defective products(s) with non-defective new models at no cost to you. You must include the name of the person who packaged your order, who is listed on your invoice, as well as a picture of the defective merchandise to obtain a return authorization.
To return your merchandise, please contact us via our form on the contact us page. Upon receipt of your return authorization, please package the product properly and ship it back to our warehouse. When we receive it, we will inspect it and refund you payment or ship your non-defective model.
SMS/Text Messaging Policy
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from ChipCave regarding your orders, shipping updates, customer support, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies.
Opt-In
Customers may subscribe to SMS notifications at checkout, through signup forms on our website, or by joining our referral program. Consent is required before receiving any SMS messages.
Opt-Out
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also text HELP at any time to receive assistance.
