Returns and Replacements

The Cave Team works very hard to earn your trust and provide you an exceptional experience every time. Unfortunately occasionally defective products make it to our clients. In this event, The Chip Cave will replace and defective merchandise free of cost to our clients. The Chip Cave’s return guarantee is subject to the following:

  • Returns are accepted for unopened merchandise only. The merchandise must be resaleable and in the same condition in which the customer received it.
  • Returns must be authorized within 45 days of the original purchase date.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ship the returned the merchandise back to us. Please ensure that any merchandise that is shipped to the The Chip Cave is properly packaged and insured.
  • We do not accept returns on customized products because they are not re-sellable.
  • In the case of defective merchandise, we replace the defective products(s) with non-defective new models at no cost to you. You must include the name of the person who packaged your order, who is listed on your invoice, as well as a picture of the defective merchandise to obtain a return authorization.

To return your merchandise, please contact us via our form on the contact us page. Upon receipt of your return authorization, please package the product properly and ship it back to our warehouse. When we receive it, we will inspect it and refund you payment or ship your non-defective model.
